Dr. Stewart is nationally known speaker and innovator in Nutrigenomics (Nutritional Genetics). He was the Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of GX Sciences, a internationally recognized Nutrigenomic company founded in 2016. His work for GX Sciences produced a well-known clinical utility that utilized genetic testing to properly recommend both prescription medications, nutritional supplements, laboratories and lifestyle changes into a common-sense algorithm for patient recovery. GX Sciences was sold to Fagron, LLC, a Belgium multi-national company, in 2021 and their Nutrigenomic Panel is still utilized in the practice every day. Dr. Stewart still serves as the Medical Director for Fagron Genetics. Almost all of Dr. Stewart’s patients receive genetic testing to remove the “guess work” from their treatment regimen.
